1. Return Policy
Return period
You can apply for a refund within 7 days from the date you receive the goods. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept the return application.
Return conditions
The goods must be kept unopened, unused and completely packed, including all accessories and instructions.
The goods shall not be damaged, stained or vandalized.
Return process
Please contact our customer service team first, explain the reason for the return and get the return authorization code.
Send the goods back to the address provided by customer service, and attach the return authorization code and your order information to the parcel.
After we receive the returned goods, we will check them to ensure that they meet the conditions of return.
2.the refund policy
Refund method
If your return application is approved, we will refund you according to your original payment method.
The refund amount will include the price of the goods and the original freight you paid (if applicable).
Refund time
Under normal circumstances, we will handle the refund within 2 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions.
The specific refund arrival time may be different due to the payment method and bank processing time.
3.special circumstances
Quality problems If the goods you receive have quality problems, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will provide you with free exchange or full refund service, and bear the return freight.
If we send the wrong goods, you can choose to exchange them or get a full refund. We will bear the return freight and reissue the correct goods for you as soon as possible.
4.Disclaimer
We will not be able to provide refund service in the following cases: goods that have exceeded the return period.
Unpacked, used or incompletely packaged goods.
Commodity damage caused by man-made damage, improper use or force majeure.
